Flights: We are flying on Frontier Airlines, now the only airline with a direct flight (less than 3 hours flight time) from Orlando International Airport (Orlando, Florida, U.S.) to Ramón Villeda Morales International Airport (San Pedro Sula, Honduras). Below is our booked itinerary. Keep in mind, they are 2 hours behind us.

On the agenda for 2026:

Continue construction on the first children's home at the new orphanage site. We're still working on the plans, but the bulk of the work will include:

laying tile flooring throughout entire home

painting interior of entire home

Visit and serve lunch and ice cream at both of Open Door Ministries' feeding stations at Las Brisas & La Primavera

Return to the Las Brisas feeding station for our highly anticipated, annual night time Hondo Block Party with all the kids and their families (music, food, soccer, glow-sticks, etc.)

Visit and serve lunch and ice cream at the G2 feeding station at Comunidad de Gracia

Visit the hospital and go shopping at a pharmacy to purchase medications needed for patients at the hospital or supplies for mothers and their newborns

Take out some of the older Open Door Ministries kids and G2 families for dinners

Visit "The Wall", a small squatters village in La Ceiba, to hand out bags of rice & beans to families

Possibly find some spur of the moment opportunities to help some families in need (household items, shoes, clothing?)
